Yoga classes

Held weekly in some delightful venues; Woking (Wednesday evenings), Chertsey (Thursday evenings) and Littlehampton (Saturday mornings), the classes are small and friendly (max. 16 people). We start with a gentle warm-up followed by a balanced programme of postures and sequences focussing on the breath (pranayama), to take us to the final relaxation. Using a modern approach to traditional Hatha Yoga, the 60 minute lessons are planned using variations and modifications making them suitable for beginners and intermediates.

Corporate classes

Corporate lessons can be arranged for schools or companies wanting group lessons for staff or students. Yoga practice can help to alleviate the increasing pressure of work and exams, helping to promote mental and physical well-being.

Private Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga classes

Private yoga sessions are tailored to your individual needs and can take place at my home, your home, or another suitable location. I am happy for you to share a class with a partner or group of friends up to 4 people. Yoga was traditionally taught one-to- one and it’s the perfect way to address your personal needs and intentions, and really make your yoga practice work for you.

Restorative Yoga "is the use of props to create positions of ease and comfort that facilitate relaxation and health. It offers the body a chance to rest deeply and revitalise" Judith Hanson Lassiter PhD, PT

As a qualified Relax and Renew ® teacher I am able to provide private (max. 2 persons) Restorative Yoga lessons for clients seeking specific mental, physical and spiritual support.

I offer Chair Yoga lessons for less able clients and will include Restorative Yoga into a Private lesson for those looking to enjoy a more calming and mindful experience.

Lessons are for 60 minutes but I can tailor this if I know in advance.
