Online lessons changing as lockdown eases (17th May)
As lockdown eases once again, and venues reopen, online group lessons will be put on hold. Until then, join me on the mat, via Zoom, on Saturday mornings, 9.00 a.m. or Wednesday evenings, 6.00 p.m. for an hour's mindful, meditative movement.
"Virtual" 1:1 or 2:1 lessons also available for private clients.
